Terms of service

These terms are written plainly and are awaiting review by counsel; the reviewed version will replace this text.

The service

Litora provides VPN access: encrypted tunnels from your devices to exit gateways we operate. There is no Litora app; the service works with third-party client apps, which have their own terms.

Purchases

• Access is granted for the period you pay for and renews only if you buy again. Nothing charges you automatically.
• A package sets a device limit and a data allowance. Limits on simultaneous devices are enforced immediately; the data allowance is measured after the fact, so brief overshoot is possible. When an allowance is used up, new connections are refused until the next 30-day period or the next purchase — connections already running continue until their lease ends.
• A configuration lasts until its 30-day session expires, after which you create another.

What we do not warrant

• That the service works on any specific network or in any specific country. It is built for networks that block VPNs, and no protocol is permanent.
• Uninterrupted availability. The fleet is small and we say so.

Suspension

We may suspend access that is used for abuse — attacking networks, sending spam, or other conduct that endangers the service or other people. Suspension ends live sessions, not only future ones.

Disputes

Payment disputes go through /paysupport in the Telegram bot. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
