Refund policy

Interim text: written plainly and honestly, pending review by counsel. It will be replaced by the reviewed version, and the date below will change when it is.

What is possible depends on how you paid, so this page is organised by rail. Ask via /paysupport in the Telegram bot — a person reads it.

Telegram Stars

A Stars payment can be returned in full or not at all — Telegram offers nothing in between. Ask within a reasonable time of the purchase and say what went wrong.

Crypto

A crypto payment cannot be reversed by anyone. Returning one is something we choose to do, it is sent as a new payment, and the network fee to receive it comes out of the amount.

If you sent less than the invoice asked for, the payment is not lost: the invoice can be topped up. Say so in /paysupport and we will send you the rest of the way.

What a refund is not

A refund is not a cancellation. If your setup link expired or you lost it, you do not need a refund at all — send /link to the bot and a new one arrives. Your access belongs to your Telegram account, not to the link.
