Acceptable use
Litora exists so people can reach the open internet privately. That purpose does not cover everything, and this page is the short list of what it does not cover. It is awaiting review by counsel.
Not allowed
- Attacking networks or systems: intrusion attempts, denial of service, scanning for the purpose of compromise.
- Sending spam or operating infrastructure for it.
- Distributing malware or content whose possession or distribution is a serious crime everywhere (for example, child sexual abuse material).
- Reselling access without an agreement with us.
What enforcement looks like
Abuse reports from hosting providers are correlated with usage totals — not with traffic contents, which we do not have. Access used for abuse is suspended, and suspension ends live sessions.
What this is not
This policy is not a content policy. We do not inspect, log, or judge what you read or say through the tunnel.
Effective 2026-08-20.
