Refunds, per payment rail

What is possible depends on how you paid — the rails work differently and we will not pretend otherwise.

Telegram Stars. A Stars payment can be returned in full or not at all; Telegram offers nothing in between. Ask soon after the purchase and say what went wrong.

Crypto. A crypto payment cannot be reversed by anyone — there is no issuer to take it back. Returning one is a new payment we choose to send, and the network fee to receive it comes out of the amount.

How to ask: send /paysupport to the bot, describing what happened, how you paid, and roughly when. A person reads it — on the crypto rail this channel is the whole of your protection, and we treat it that way.

Before asking, check whether you need a refund at all. The most common "refund" case is a lost or expired setup link — and that needs no refund: send /link and a new one arrives. Your access belongs to your Telegram account, not to the link.
